When will my order be delivered?

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Our delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Weekends, holidays, and customs inspections may occasionally cause delays. In worst case scenarios and busy periods, processing and shipping might take longer than listed above.

How can I track my order?

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?


Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.

Please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed only if there is no tracking link made yet and the order hasn't been shipped yet.

Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

You can initiate a return once the order is delivered.
