Shipping Policy
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. Orders placed outside of the United States are not eligible for shipping and will not be processed.
All orders require a processing period before shipment. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, during which your order is prepared, quality-checked, and handed over to the shipping carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once processing is complete, shipping generally takes 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier performance. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If tracking information does not immediately update, this does not indicate an issue with your order.
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment.
In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to factors such as carrier backlogs or operational disruptions. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, responsibility rests with the carrier. If shipping protection was selected at checkout, our support team can assist with next steps. If shipping protection was not included, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate an inquiry.
