Orders & Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Our delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Weekends, holidays, and customs inspections may occasionally cause delays. In worst case scenarios and busy periods, processing and shipping might take longer than listed above.

Can I cancel my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also track your order anytime through our tracking portal on our website.

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?


Shipping carriers may take a few business days to update tracking information.

If there’s no movement after several days, please contact our support team.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?


Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

Please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.

If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact our support team for assistance.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?


If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your address.

Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?


Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?


Yes. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Returns are sent to our overseas fulfillment center, and shipping costs are typically up to $20. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the return is received.

How long does it take to receive my refund?


Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and confirm your return.

Can I exchange my order?


Yes, exchanges are available for different models or colors.

Warranty & Product Issues

Do your watches come with a warranty?


Yes, all watches are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What does the warranty cover?


The warranty covers movement issues, clasp malfunctions, and manufacturing defects.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond the watch’s resistance rating.

What if my watch stops working or is defective?


Please contact support with a photo or short video of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and advise on the next steps. If it is damage from a product defect, you might be eligible for a replacement trough our warranty.

What if my order arrived incomplete, wrong, or damaged?


Contact our support team immediately with photos or details.

We’ll arrange a replacement or send the missing or correct item.

Promotions

Can I exchange an item purchased through a promotion or BOGO deal?


Yes, promotional items can be exchanged.

Standard exchange fees and shipping costs may apply.

What if I was charged incorrectly for a promotion?

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support.

The issue will be reviewed and corrected if necessary.

How do I maintain my watch?


- Store your watch in a dry place when not in use.

- Avoid extreme temperatures and strong magnetic fields.

- Clean it regularly with a soft cloth.

- For bracelet adjustments, use a link remover or visit a local jeweler.
