REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Change-of-mind returns must be sent to our overseas fulfillment center. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Depending on your location and chosen courier, return shipping typically costs up to $20. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Orders placed under promotional offers, including Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) or similar bundle promotions, are subject to specific return conditions. If a refund is requested for an order placed under such a promotion, all items included in the promotion must be returned together. Partial refunds or store credit for individual items from a promotional order are not possible. In cases where an exchange is requested, promotional items may only be exchanged for the same product in a different color or size, subject to availability. These measures are implemented to prevent misuse of promotional offers and to ensure fair allocation of discounts.
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Please note that it may take an additional 2–3 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, please provide clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or correction. Refunds are not issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. If shipping protection was selected at checkout, our support team will assist you with the claim process. If shipping protection was not included, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If an incorrect address results in an unsuccessful delivery or returned package, additional shipping costs or a restocking fee may apply before a replacement can be dispatched.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and any customized or personalized products. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason. Returned items must still meet our standard return conditions, including being unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

WARRANTY
All watches are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults related to the internal movement, hands, or other components that fail under normal use. The warranty is intended to ensure that your watch functions as expected and provides protection against defects that arise from the production process.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, discoloration, or wear to the case, bracelet, clasp, glass, or coating over time. It also does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, improper handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow basic care instructions. Water damage is not covered if the watch has been exposed beyond its stated water resistance rating.
Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty, as battery life varies depending on usage and storage conditions. The warranty also does not apply to issues caused by external factors such as magnetism, chemicals, or environmental exposure.
To make a warranty claim, you must contact our support team within the warranty period and provide your order number along with a clear description and photos or video of the issue. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or an alternative resolution at our discretion. In some cases, we may recommend having the watch inspected by a local watch specialist.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any replacement or repaired watch provided under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
